I've decided to break my posting drought by participating in this years' Vegan MoFo. I'm thinking I'll pick four of my cookbooks and cook for a week out of each one and blog.
I'm keen to show folks that my diet is not just lentils, that I am not starving or unhealthy. I want to focus on the fact that for me vegan doesn't mean non-fun. :)
It's amazing the stereotype vegans have, isn't it! I actually need to include MORE lentils and the like in my weekly menu, as there is some much other awesome vegan food to make out there that lentils only get a once a month look-in!
